For the baby shower, the mother to be often will make a list of things she needs or wants for the arrival of her precious new baby. This is my favourite gift, and that's a present for the mom to be. The focus is usually on the baby and what it will need, but the mom goes through 9 months of extreme change, both physical and mental. Then suddenly, she has a whole new little person to look after. This can very overwhelming and coupled with the inevitable sleepless nights, a gift of a massage voucher or a manicure or beauty treatment can do wonders for an exhausted mom who will no doubt at some point after the birth feel unattractive and run down!
