When operating in our God given gifts, we are happy and fulfilled. Our gifts and talents ultimately help others and can be a real blessing to them. You cannot operate properly if you are trying to be something you are not supposed to be, its like telling a fish to live out of water and survive.

Although all of us have a unique combination of gifts and talents, not everybody is totally aware of them. On the other hand, many people know exactly what their strengths are, but they don't know how to use them for their benefit and that of others.

Usually your unique talents and gifts are the things that you do without effort. They seem so natural to you that you don't recognize them as special. The rest of the world, however, needs your expertise. With training and practice, you can develop your talents to become your greatest gift to others and a source of prosperity for yourself.
